2008/08/30 - Sheila Kealey was 2nd woman in the Canadian Sprint triathlon (750m swim; 30km bike; 5km run). Full Results:



2008/08/04- Sheila Kealey was 1st woman (and 4th overall) in the National Capital Sprint Triathlon (500m swim; 20km bike; 5km run). Full Results:


2008/07/05 - Sheila Kealey placed 2nd woman overall in the Mike Collingwood Meech Lake Triathlon (1200m swim; 22km bike; 6.5 km run). Full Results:


2008/07/01 - 7th place overall finishes in women's and men's categories for Sheila Kealey and XC Ottawa alumni Ed McCarthy in the Ottawa HBC Run for Canada (10km), a great run to support Canadian athletes preparing for the Beijing and Vancouver Olympic games. Full Results:
