Course
The 5km out and back course starts from P9 and follows the Gatineau Parkway to P8 and back.
Registration
Only on-line registrations through http://zone4.ca/onlinereg.asp?id=1891&lan=2 will be accepted.Cost: $15/race or $25 for both races (Juvenile to Open),� $10/race or $15 for both (Midgets only).
Deadline is Tuesday 23rd Septembre 2008, at 23:59.
Races will be cancelled and fees returned if there are less than 20 participants in an event.
