The Keski is over for another year, but now's a great time to work on technique without the pressure of a competition. Get a lesson now so that the rest of your ski season will be put to use hardwiring your brain and body to skiing with great form for next year.
Saturday Feb. 28: Group Freestyle xc ski lesson, Sat.1:30 to 3:30 p.m.
Sunday Feb. 29: Group Classic xc ski lesson, Sun.1:30 to 3:30 p.m.
Level: Beginner to intermediate
Where: Gatineau Park, P5. (Go through the village of Old Chelsea towards the Gatineau Park. Take your first left to Kingsmere and once you get to the L'Orée du Bois, continue on the right hand road up towards Kingsmere Lake. P5 is the first parking lot on the right hand side before the bridge over the parkway.)
Cost: $20
I will be wearing the XCZone white and black spotted team suit so you can find me. We'll gather at the trail head near the trail map sign.
