UPDATED! 2014 Tay Valley Loppet

There is still a week left to enter the Tay Valley Loppet.  Conditions are excellent and the weather looks favorable for a great event on Sunday February 9th.

This year we will have waxing support from Peter Rozmovits of Vauhti wax and Canadian Wintersports.  He will be available before the Loppet for advice(on all wax brands), and will have Vauhti waxes to try out.  He won't have time to wax everyone's skis, but may do a pair or two if there is time.  He asks skiers to have speed wax and binder applied ahead of time.  Here is some information from him on binder:

Please spread the word.  This will be an excellent option for skiers who aren't skiing in the Canadian Ski Marathon.
