The simplest way to post on the CSM Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/csmmcs & Tweeter feed using #skicsm2014 hashtag.
Your friends can also follow these images on Facebook and Twitter. Check out peoples updates while you are on course. Photos and updates will be shown at the finish screen as well.
