The Human and Environmental Physiology Research Unit (HEPRU) is currently seeking individuals aged 18 to 35 years to participate in a study investigating how the body regulates heat during prolonged exercise.
Volunteers will receive a free VO2max test (gold standard in assessing aerobic fitness), body fat analysis (hydrostatic weighing technique), and a fitness report.
