21:16    MARTI BJOERGEN WINS IN FRONT OF BECKIE SCOTT!!! Scott finishes 0.3 seconds off the Norwegian's time, with Norway's Pedersen 2.6 seconds back and Germany's Evi Sachenbacher fourth, 3.7 seconds off the pace.

21:14     Here goes the sprint!!! Bjoergen takes off from the blocks! Scott can't handle the heat - she cannot catch the world's best sprinter! Bjoergen tearing at her ski poles, taking the lead centimetre by centimetre!!! Scott still hanging on, but will take second place! No one else has the calibre to compete with the two leaders....

21:12    Scott getting great glide just before the stadium! She takes a small lead!!

21:11    Scott still there...Bjoergen moving up on the right side...the stadium is close...

21:10       Slovenia's Petra Majdic goes down!!! She falls at the worst possible moment and has lost any chance of contending for the win!!!

21:09    Going into the last 3 kilometres, it's Beckie Scott leading the pack, with Pedersen on her skiis, Bjoergen just behind, tehn Sachenbacher, Muerer, Savialova...

21:04    They're coming into the stadium for the penultimate time...

21:03    Claudia Kuenzel looks like she won't be able to catch the leaders...she's just left herself with too much to do.

21:02    The leading group of some eight athletes all bunched tightly...Scott still at the head, but the Canadian not splitting the lead group.

20:59    Beckie Scott now leading after 10 km!!! She is ahead of Pedersen, Sachenbacher, Jatskaja, and Bjoergen...but the top ten are all within 5 seconds off each other!!! Did anyone say sprint finish???

20:57    Bjoergen falls to fifth spot just before the 10 km mark...

20:55    Jatskaja in first place after the pit stop! She is followed by Sachencacher 2.2 behind, Bjoergen 3.4 behind, and Pederen 3.6 seconds off the pace. Beckie Scott is hanging on - she is fifth, 3.8 seconds behind the Kazahk.

20:53    BJOERGEN TAKING CARE OF BUSINESS!!! The Norwegian has moved into first with support from her team-mate Pedersen...now Kazahkstan's Oxana Jatskaja is taking centre stage as she slowly moves up the group...

20:46    3.75 km: Norway still leading with Pederson Hilde who has never won a World Cup event...then Viola Bauer of Germany followed by team-mate Evi Sachenbacher...4 Norwegians in the top 10 (Hilde, Gjoemle, Steira, Skofterud). Bjoergen is 21st, 5.1 seconds off the lead.

20:38       After 1.9 kilometres, Skofterud of Norway is leading, followed by Beckie Scott, German Stefanie Boehler, and another Norwegian Kristin Steira. Marit Bjoergen is sixth, 1.2 seconds off the lead.

20:36    A small group has detached itself from the front under the leadership of Canadian Beckie Scott who wants to show her stuff her close to her home.

20:32       The women have just taken off under the lead of World Cup leader Norwegian Marit Bjoergen...

20:09       Thank you for joining us to follow live coverage of the men's 2 x 15km pursuit where a strong German team dominated in the end. Come back in a short while to follow the women's 2 x 7km pursuit race starting at 20:30cet!!!

20:05    Russian Serguei Novikov is sixth, 5.3 seconds behind, Norway's Frode Estil made a great come-back finishing seventh, followed by Pietro Piller of Italy, Frenchman Vincent Vittoz, Norweigan Ludvig Aasen Geir, Swede Mathias Fredriksson, Italy's Valerio Checchi has fell to 12th and his team-mate Giorgio Di Centa finished 13th.

19:50       IT'S A GERMAN SWEEP!!! Angerer takes first, Axel Teichmann second, Andreas Schluetter third, Jens Filbrich fourth, and Rene Sommerfeldt fifth!!!

19:48       Here go Germany!!! It's all Tobias Angerer...he is tearing apart the sprint and leaving behind all possible contenders! He wins in 1:17:19!

19:46    Tobias Angerer looking strong as we head into the final kilometre...here come the Germans with Filbrich back up front....Vittoz falling back!!! Piller in no man's land!!!

19:45    Anreas Schluetter now taking the commands in 1:13.04 after 18.25 kilometres....he is followed closely by Piller and Vittoz now in third...let's get ready to party!!!

19:42       Vittoz still driving the bus after 26.25 kilometres as we head into a sprint finish...no one is able to extract themselves from the peloton!

19:35    Now France's Vincent Vittoz moving into first place, followed closely by Filbrich and Russiqn Ivan Babikov after 24.5 km. Everyone is taking a relay here, before the final brawl closer to the last kilometres...

19:27       ITALY TAKING OVER!!! Italians Valerio Checchi has taken the lead in front of team-mate Pietro Piller and German Jens Filbrich, 0.8 seconds back after 22.5 km.

19:23       There is a strong German contingent in the lead group with six Germans in the top ten!!! Among them, Franz Goering is leading, followed by Sommerfeldt, Andreas Schluetter, Axel Teichmann, Tobias Angerer, and Jens Filbrich...

19:21    After 18.75 km: Frode/ Piller +0.3 / Goering +0.9.

19:05       Here we go now 17 kilometres into this long race where Norwaay's Estil Frode has a slight lead over Germany's ReneSommerfeldt and Italian Pietro Cottreer Piller.
