While Karl and Megan have skied from P10 at ~6pm, the XC Ottawa webcam didn't detect snow so the contest is still on! (Sorry Ed & Ken)

I've skied 100km in one day maybe a dozen times over the years and 100km in one shot about 3 times, so I knew the fun that was in store for me during the PenguinMan.

As Fall approaches, more clubs and athletes will be rollerskiing on the parkways. Here are some safety tips and considerations to keep parkway users safe and guarantee the use of the Parkways for dry-land ski training for many years to come.

Last year Colin moved from Whitehorse to Ottawa to start University and continue to ski competitively. He had a great season last spring he was nominated to the Junior National Team for this following winter...
